Cancellation Policy

10.1 Overview

This policy applies to bookings made through advancebooking.online.

10.2 Timeframes

48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule. 24-48 hours: 50% refund or free reschedule. Under 24 hours: No refund, may reschedule for fee. No-show: No refund, full fee charged.

10.3 How to Cancel

Log into account, go to My Appointments, select appointment, click Cancel. Or email Hr@Health5star.com with booking reference.

10.4 Rescheduling

First reschedule (48+ hours): Free. Subsequent: May incur fees. Last-minute: Subject to availability and fees.

10.5 Provider Cancellations

If we cancel due to emergency, you receive full refund or priority rescheduling. Notification as soon as possible.

10.6 No-Show

No-shows result in full fee with no refund. Multiple no-shows may restrict account.

10.7 Emergencies

Genuine emergencies may waive fees at our discretion. Contact Hr@Health5star.com immediately with explanation and documentation.
